A well-established company, in the financial Industry specialized in Small-Business lending located in Miami, FL is looking to hire a Marketing Associate.
The Marketing Associate will play an integral role in generating leads for the business development team to close. The person in this role will be highly creative, detailed, independent and organized.
If you have 3-5 year experience, enjoy working in a fast paced environment, in a well-established company with more than 15 years in operations, but still running in an entrepreneurial mode; and you are a “hands-on” team-player that can work independent wearing a multiple hats, this is definitively a role you should consider.

Create multiple strategies, research, identify, and build business cases for pursuit of new leads (prospective borrowers).
Provide generalist support as business needs arise that will require coverage from marketing perspective
Lead content creation for outreach/marketing including mailers, videos and gift marketing
Perform mailing campaigns
Communicate directly with Loan originators on production and pipeline updates and maintenance
Lead on marketing material development through collaboration with external partners/vendors
Assist in PowerPoint presentation creation as needed
Develop corporate communications, website content, magazine/newsletter articles, social media content, press releases
Analyze market data and trends to provide recommendations to senior management in support of product improvement and market maximization potential
Analyze effectiveness of social media campaigns
Quickly analyze the competitive landscape for lead generation opportunities and business alliances
Research on market offering and pricing, and make recommendations to senior management
Work closely with key stakeholders such as the Head New Business Development Manager, Head of Operations, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer.

3 – 5 Year Relevant marketing Experience
Financial Industry experience (desired)
Associate degree. Bachelor’s in marketing (a plus)
Fully Bilingual: Spanish and English. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience working with Customer Relationship Management tools (preferred)
