Our client is seeking a Claims Specialist to work one on one, via phone, with patients who travel with and rely on mobility equipment. When a patient’s mobility equipment has been damaged by the airline, the Claim Specialist functions as a case manager, handling each damage claim with the patient from start to finish. Works closely with technicians, airline staff and the patient to find a cost effective, efficient, and compassionate resolution.
Log all claims into the GREAT system and update as necessary.
Move claims step by step through the repair process from inception through completion.
Assist with the development of the technician network/database.
Answering all phones and responding to all faxes.
Follow up on order tracking as well as follow up with technicians to maintain their schedule of appointments and obtaining the completed assessments.
