A Major Global Private Bank located in Brickell is looking to hire an


ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT:



  • Bilingual Spanish

  • Previous experience working at a Bank

  • Answer the phones

  • Preparing conference rooms for meetings

  • Managing meetings and travel agenda

  • Coordinate with executives meetings in and out of the office

  • Travel Arrangements

  • Assisting in printing/binding marketing material,

  • Sorting in/out going mail

  • Ordering office supplies (including marketing material)

  • Input Expense Reports

  • Other duties as requested by executives


This is a Contract position (1 year estimated)


 


Pay rate $17-20 per hour (depending on experience)

Offices are located in the Miami - Brickell area


Candidate requisites:


  • Bilingual (English, Spanish)

  • Associate Degree

  • +2 year experience in banking
