Dual role that will keep you engaged and learning new things!
Accounts Payable- Entering invoices into QuickBooks, coding to the GL, reconciling vendor accounts, etc.
Purchasing: verify orders with warehouse manager for quantities and discount bulk purchases, account for purchases and inventory in QuickBooks.
Expense management and auditing- we use AMEX and Visa, along with gas card for our foremen.
Seeking strong QuickBooks skills.
Accounts Payable experience of 3 years or more.
